For those of you unfamiliar with Dallas...we live just east of White Rock Lake. The lake is in the city, only minutes from downtown. It is a destination for bikers and joggers and strollers...I have even jogged its paths in highschool when I was on the cross-country team. (I still don't know how that happened, I think I was brainwashed and once I was in, I couldn't get out) We are only a mile from the lake, its possible that we are closer to the lake than to the Glenns.
Anyway, the kids and I are trying to take advantage of its proximity and beauty...parks, picnics, fishing.
How beautiful is that?
